How to get your iPhone swapped out at Apple everytime.

I have been swapping out iPhone’s since the first iPhone has been out. Currently, I’m at 14 iPhones total that I’ve swapped out. (13 original iPhones swapped and 1 iPhone 3G swapped). I guess you could call me a pro at this. I usually have reasons why I swap out my iPhone but lately I’ve been swapping them out just because of something like a scratch or because my friends tell me that I’m lying and that I can’t swap my iPhone out whenever I want to. All you have to do is just state to Apple that your having a battery issue and that your iPhone (or any other Apple product you choose to return for a swap) is not holding a charge anymore. Make sure your not too firm because if you are, they might think that your just trying to get a brand new iPhone from them with no meritt. I have learned that if you want something from Apple, do exactly as they do, be nice yet sarcastic. Most of the reps I’ve talked to in my local Apple stores have been very nice and don’t mind swapping any Apple product I have out. What I stress to those of you who want to swap your iPhone for whatever reason is make sure you always restore your iPhone and make sure you make an genius bar appointment and make sure you are on time for your appointment. The Apple reps WILL skip you if your late and put you on something called stand-by. Trust me you don’t wanna be in stand-by… It’s the most horrible thing to be in cause that means your put in the end of the line and you have to wait till everybody is done with their appointments, then you are able to be seen by an Apple genius bar rep. Also, I wouldn’t recommend trying to swap out an iPhone that has alot of scratches or a broken screen. I’m not saying it’s impossible to do, but they usually frown upon things of that nature. Remember all these tips, and you’ll be able to swap out your iPhone anytime you want and no you do not have to have any other reason to swap out your iPhone other than a battery issue. They might question you on other issues, they can never question you on a battery issue…
